Could not be happier with the service received from Heatlink Services engineer today. He came to cap off my mothers gas appliances as she has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.

Whilst at the property the toilet sprung a significant leak and flooded the bathroom. The engineer was extremely helpful and proceeded to fix the leak without hesitation. We were so grateful that he was there at the time.

Thank you so much for getting us out of what could have been an extremely stressful situation. Would not hesitate to recommend Heatlink Services.

I recently had a couple engineers from heatlink remove a radiator, and cap off the pipes and the gas pipes, then they returned a couple of weeks later to fit new radiator and power flush my heating system. I am very happy with their service and professionalism and will not only use them again if I need to, I will also recommend them to anyone in need of any of the services they undertake. Both of the staff were friendly, hard working and did exactly what I asked them to do with out complaining (end of day change of pipework, which I wasn’t happy with, probably no one else would have noticed either, but Ollie changed it for me anyway, which improved the overall finish
