Water softeners work by removing calcium and magnesium (limescale) from your water supply.
Not only does this mean cleaner drinking water but it removes scale build ups in your pipe work, combination boiler and hot water cylinder and all of your water appliances like kettles, showers and more meaning less cleaning is required.
They work by trapping water in-between microscopic beads that remove all the ‘bad stuff’ and then the clean water is available to use for drinking, washing or energy supply.
All you require is a water supply, electricity and a drain facility and we’ll be there to fit your system when it suits you!

I recently had a couple engineers from heatlink remove a radiator, and cap off the pipes and the gas pipes, then they returned a couple of weeks later to fit new radiator and power flush my heating system. I am very happy with their service and professionalism and will not only use them again if I need to, I will also recommend them to anyone in need of any of the services they undertake. Both of the staff were friendly, hard working and did exactly what I asked them to do with out complaining (end of day change of pipework, which I wasn’t happy with, probably no one else would have noticed either, but Ollie changed it for me anyway, which improved the overall finish

Heatlink did an excellent job and despite two problems they did their utmost to correct these, initially the boiler didn’t work and a new part had to be obtained on the Friday afternoon but the engineer worked until late evening to put this right.
The new Honeywell thermostat then decided not to play ball and had to be replaced and again this was replaced on the Saturday morning with compensation.
Everyone involved with the company has been polite and professional and I would recommend their services to anyone considering them
