CP12 Safety Checks
By law, every landlord has to have a current Landlord’s Gas Safety certificate, namely a CP12.
Heatlink Services can undertake this annually for you and remind you in advance when this is next due for renewal so it doesn’t get forgotten.

Over a course of time there are several factors which can affect the performance of your heating system and will make it inefficient and more expensive to run and maintain. One of the most common factors is the build-up of sludge within the system. This results in allowing air to get into the central heating system causing radiators and heat exchanger’s to corrode.
How do you know if you have sludge in your system? When bleeding the air vents to a radiator and finding the water is of a dirty colour the sludge is present. The darker the water… the more sludge in the system.
Overall, a very effective way of giving your existing system a good “MOT” is by giving it a “Power Flush” which is conducted using a specialist piece of equipment.
